This is my 5th time I have used this company and this time they have exceeded ALL expectations. I ordered Roses early for Valentines Day, fearing a rush. The roses were delivered beautifully but unbeknown to me the recipient was off work because of the virus (because she had travelled). So the roses were left at her work but she was not allowed back there for another week. Chinaflower214 then arranged for a replacement bunch of roses to be sent to her home the next day. THANK YOU ChinaFlower you are amazing and I will continue to use and recommend you. Fabulous customer service.

So one day while playing the cat game Neko Atsume, this cat came along and gave me a brochure.. I was like what is this and clicked on it and brought me to this website. It delivered flowers in Beijing and was actually in English, so I decided to try it today.. I'm no good at picking flowers and this is my first time buying flowers online so I spent conservatively and also gave a pretty tight timeline, I ordered at 0850 hrs for a before 1200 hrs delivery, thinking that it will probably arrive in the afternoon if it was Singapore timing (well as long as not at night when she's not in)... they delivered on time! I am super impressed by this! EDIT: Oh and also apparently today is Chinese Valentines day. wowww talk about timing.. also there must have been so many orders today then! VERY impressed. Well done, guys!

Bought a flower and chocolate bouquet to surprise my bestfriend for her birthday in Dalian, China. Was so worried the delivery guy might not catch her as I opt for 830am to 12noon delivery. But around 11 plus, my bestfriend message me that she have received it. I thought they will call her to collect it downstairs but instead they deliver straight to her desk. My bestfriend was so surprised, thank you China Flower 214. Looks like this will be a yearly practice!
