They were pretty but not delivered at the correct time. So it took her a bit to get them due to the lobby being closed but, they were pretty and made her day.

I was really surprised and impressed with the customer support person that I chatted with. I don't know if she was Chinese or another nationality, but her English was "native" and her comprehension of my problem and the speed with which she corrected it were impressive. I had flowers delivered to my mother in-law all the way from Australia. They made the whole system work so nicely!!! Mother in law was dancing with joy, which in turn made me so relieved. Highly recommend, will be coming back!

Dont use this company, it can not be trusted. I ordered and payed for flowers to be deliverd for Qixi. There was no problem to order or to pay. But the delivery was another story. As they sell flowers which they dont have available and dont substitute no flowers was delivered. Never again.
