Great service by ChinaFloer214. I ordered flowers in a vase with a bear from Brisbane, Australia to be delivered the next day to a hospital in Gangzhou, China. The flowers were delivered around midday the next day as requested. I saw photos of the flowers and cute bear that was dekivered and was very pleased with the presentation and quality. I am very unhappy with your services for the following reasons: 1. You delivered the flowers without my message. No message, nothing at all. There is no impact in receiving the present. Please check your message system. Did you not receive my message? 2. The flowers look stale and are definitely not fresh. 3. I did not expect cheap Ferrero Rocher chocolates. These were not the chocolates on your picture in your website. 4. I thought I ordered deluxe packing. It certainly does not look like deluxe. 5. I am terribly disappointed.

My first order from California to Qingdao. The company website was easy to use in English, and I was confident to use PayPal. The company provided email follow-ups to keep me informed, and the tracking system was good. Delivery was in the middle of the requested time slot: perfect ! Judging by photos sent by the recipient, the flowers are fresh and beautiful. My only concern is that the mix of flowers was supposed to be 12 roses and 6 lilies. Photos seem to show more lilies than roses. The arrangement is lovely, but I am a little concerned about so many lilies as the delivery was to a hospital room with the recipient's father very ill. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and will order again with China Flower214 in the future.
