Receive the email indicated items delivered, but after checking with recipient, items was not delivered on 19 Aug 2015. Rather disappointed. Email should indicated correctly and not misled the customer.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of the bouquet that was delivered. It bore very little resemblance to the picture online and was not wrapped well. In addition the card chosen for a Mother's Day bouquet was not appropriate. There was no attempt by the seller to address my concerns apart from disagreeing with me. This was my final purchase from this website

Was a little hesitant to order flowers since we never ordered flowers from this website before. We wanted to order flowers for our mom in China (we are in the USA) for mother’s day and came across this website. It was very easy to order and flowers were fresh & beautiful. Will definitely use this vendor in the future!

I would like to comment in a positive way on Chinalfowers thank you for such a rapid and excellent service. My order was fast although there were a few roses missing from the bouquet that I ordered. On request Chinaflower corrected the order and sent out the missing roses almost immediately in the same day. I ordered at very short notice less than 24 hours in advance and the flowers were delivered on time and in excellent condition. The price was price was very acceptable with no hidden costs and the service was excellent. Thank you Chinaflowers214 the recipient was over the moon with joy!
