It was a big disappointment and my suggestion to ChinaFlower214 would be to change the flower shop vendor. The recipient Madam Wang Li Fen urged me, not to send flowers again. Personally I can not say if there would be a next time but I certainly will reconsider and influence my future action. The service around the order was good and the communication was also good. Delivery people went above and beyond to get the flowers to my friend when I delivered them to her work not knowing that her work wasn't open that day. Appreciate the extra mile they went, especially since they had to try to contact her when she doesn't speak much Chinese at all

Delivery time was good but the quality of the roses was just terrible. They were for my girlfriends birthday and she was so hurt that I would gift her something that was in such bad shape. I will use not use this service anymore.

I'm badly disappointed I paid so much money and get flowers not in same color of the pic..not recommended, my last purchase from this site, destroyed my Christmas..
