Given the price you charge for the roses I expect the highest quality, ready to bloom and lasting ones. Other sites even a little bit more affordable deliver better quality than this one. I gave you two tries, not dealing with you again. To be fair, your decoration looked very similar to the pictures and the chocolates were legit(not copies).

First off I would like to thank the people involved in allowing this service to be available. I have only ordered once but everything was as smooth as it could have been. The arrangement was delivered within the recommended timeframe and was gorgeous! It couldn't have looked any better and exactly like the picture is represented on the site. My girlfriend was extremely happy with the quality and beauty of everything, as was I. I just ordered again on 520 day. I hope everything will be as beautiful as before.

There was a little hiccup in between and I contacted the online support twice. The first time was fantastic, I got things sorted out real quick. However, second time, I couldn't get anyone online for quite a fair amount of time. In the end, I had to get someone in China to sort the matter out via phone call. Yesterday I draw conclusions too quickly, after i saw the order was stated as delivered. After the problems with my password, I was dissapointed this also went wrong. However, the satetement was changed too quickly and today I got a friendly mail that the order was delivered today. Thank you for checking this with the local florist!
