Order a bouquet of flower for my girlfriend on valentine day, pay a premium price for delivery on that day, but flower was not delivered and they update my status of purchase to deliver. Try contact their on line service but no reply. Is a horrible experience buying from this shop, no response or service after collected my money, cheats...

We needed to send a gift to our daughter and husband in Shanghai on the occasion of their wedding anniversary. We decided to send them an orchid plant. We looked online and decided to use China Flower 214. They kept us fully updated by emails on the status of the order,through to confirmation of delivery. I have used China Flower 214 on three occasions to send flowers and gifts to my daughter who moved to China a year ago. Every time the flowers have been fresh and gorgeous! I've also had chocolates delivered and this last time a fruit basket that was incredible!!! Deliveries have been on schedule. This last time there was an issue with my daughters phone number and they worked with me to get things fixed. I greatly appreciate them helping me to help my daughter feel the love from home!
