This is the first time I have sent a gift using ChinaFlower 214. After looking online finding this service I placed an order and realised how easy it was, very user friendly .. I received notification that the gift was received promptly and was very impressed with the level of professional service they provided ... I have no hesitation in using ChinaFlower 214 again Thank you to the entire team members

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing at all like what I paid for. I paid for an arrangement of roses with greens, with a lot of volume, in a vase. What I got was ONLY roses, clumped together in a vase, just barely tall enough to stick out of the vase... and all the same height. NOT what you advertised. Plus, I paid EXTRA for the “deluxe” package, which is supposed to give it more greens, and there were ZERO. It isn’t even the same vase, or ribbon! Plus the delivery driver did NOT follow the instructions I left. He just called the recipient and made her come out to meet him, even though she doesn’t speak Chinese and there were specific instructions on where to leave the flowers. I wish I could post the photos here of what was received.

Dear, Already few times, I'm really disappointed in the volume of goods that are delivered. according to the price. Now again, 120USD for 3kg fruit max, mostly apples and grapes is inappropriate expensive. regards, Etienne

I was surprised to see that i looked just like in the pic. I'm very satisfied with the service the delivery was on time and the order was just perfect, i would highly recommend this to anyone.
