The website was very user friendly, and I liked how everything was 90 percent English and my girlfriend was correct that it made things a lot easier that for the address and the name of the receiver was in Chinese at last 10 percent. (Just made it easer for the shipper to read). So it was a great idea that I was given the information in Chinese. As soon as I purchased what I was looking for, my girlfriend received them two hours later. I know this because she called me at 9pm at night and shew was a very happy lady. So I will go about using this service again, as I liked how direct and efficient was.

The flowers are nice but the person who delivered them was very rude and scared my girlfriend.

My son and his wife delivered a baby today, I ordered flowers to be delivered on line from Canada! I can't tell you how amazed I was they got them within a couple of hours! The arrangement is beautiful! Thank you so much!

Have used chinaflower214 3 times so far and they always deliver a quality product and on time. No need to look elsewhere for flower delivery in China. These guys are the best 😀

Dear ChinaFlower214 Team, I ordered flowers in your shop 4 times over the last few months. So far I have been very happy with all my orders. The service is always good and fast and flowers were always delivered on the scheduled day (although sometimes earlier then requested). Most importantly my girlfriend seemed always very happy when she received the flowers. Unfortunately quality of shipped flowers was not always very good (as advertised). When talking to my girlfriend today she asked if I ordered in the same flower shop again, because some flowers are almost dead again. This was news to me, since she did not tell me about this before. So today she told me that all 4 times there were some or many almost dead flowers when she received them. Because my girlfriend did not want to badmouth my presents for her she only told me today. I would appreciate if you could take care of this issue in the future. Since I have been super happy with your service in general and since it is difficult to find a trustworthy online flower shop I am willing to give you another chance and will thus order with you once again on the next occasion.
