My order was fast although there were a few roses missing from the bouquet that I ordered. On request Chinaflower corrected the order and sent out the missing roses almost immediately in the same day. I ordered at very short notice less than 24 hours in advance and the flowers were delivered on time and in excellent condition. - Pine***Dont use this company, it can not be trusted. I ordered and payed for flowers to be deliverd for Qixi. There was no problem to order or to pay. But the delivery was another story. As they sell flowers which they dont have available and dont substitute no flowers was delivered. Never again.
- Örja***The website was very user friendly, and I liked how everything was 90 percent English and my girlfriend was correct that it made things a lot easier that for the address and the name of the receiver was in Chinese at last 10 percent. (Just made it easer for the shipper to read). So it was a great idea that I was given the information in Chinese. As soon as I purchased what I was looking for, my girlfriend received them two hours later. I know this because she called me at 9pm at night and shew was a very happy lady. So I will go about using this service again, as I liked how direct and efficient was.
