For valentine I offered roses to my girlfriend. The 33 roses was accompanied with two teddy bears. unfortunately the two bears were girls. I think for valentine if a boy or a girl is sending a bouquet the bears should be a couple i.e a girl and a boy. Not 2 girls. apart from that the service is perfect and delivered as scheduled. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I know I was told that the flowers will be delivered on Mother's Day, but I never thought it'd be this late because my mom didn't receive her flowers until after 9:00pm on Mother's Day. And when she received them, the flowers looked totally different than the picture as shown on the website. My mom loves red roses and lilies so I ordered 33 red roses with 3 pink lilies for her but instead she received some white and pink roses with some random mixed flower in a basket. I understand there could be a shortage for the flowers during special holidays, but at least the customer should be informed if that's the case. Not happy with the whole experience.
