Thank you for delivering the awesome flowers

This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. I explained the situation and asked for patience. ChinaFlower214 followed up and made the delivery. This is a wonderful service, internationally aware, providing outstanding care and attention. The flowers delivered looked stale and were not fresh. Only lasted a few days - should change local supplier.

I placed my order the day of the holiday and they were able to deliver on time anyway. My girl was very happy with them!

they were very helpful, When the other party was unavailable to receive the delivery at the location I had first designated. they were able to change the destination for me. I was quite thankful for that and the flowers were as beautiful as promised. When you are ordering from across the world sometimes it is taking a chance to do something like this but I would purchase from them a thousand times and never feel any discomfort about it and if something did go wrong I am confident that they would take care of the problem immediately they are that good and they kept in contact with me every step of the way I wish to thank them again I just sorry that I misplaced this mail so long to place this report yours truly Loren A. I was surprised to see that i looked just like in the pic. I'm very satisfied with the service the delivery was on time and the order was just perfect, i would highly recommend this to anyone.

yesterday I had a delivery and I listened as it was thundering and raining, and the delivery was mande right on time. thank you very much. My Wife showed me the Flowers I ordered for her. They were beautiful. She really loved them.
