I ordered flowers in the evening in the USA, for delivery in Shanghai. They arrived about three hours after I ordered them. The delivery man drove a long way to make the delivery. Fantastic, dedicated service. The flowers showed up in a beautiful arrangement with stylish presentation, nice paper and purple bow. All of this for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the order, and will use the service again.

Hello This Time I'm not Happy at all of your service. First birthday gift is a surprise and the receiving person SHOULD NOT KNOW the Surprise. One of your agent Called the Receiving person 2 Days before the date of Birthday Saying we have a Gift for you . This is not anymore a Surprise Gift. Second I wrote a Birthday message to be Placed with the Gift , This Card Message Was Missing. So ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY and I don't know if I ill continuer with you.

Hello ChinaFlower214 Sales Team, Subject: Order No.: 2109120546356 to make things short, the flowers delivered very bad Quality. It was a big disappointment and my suggestion to ChinaFlower214 would be to change the flower shop vendor. The recipient Madam Wang Li Fen urged me, not to send flowers again. Personally I can not say if there would be a next time but I certainly will reconsider and influence my future action. The service around the order was good and the communication was also good.
