I was worried about sending some flowers to my friend in china. But this company made it easy. They delivered on time on the busiest holiday of the year. The process was easy from selecting the items to the payment. I will be using them again!

Online orders are easy and I can paste Chinese characters where necessary. Messages to receiving party are nicely hand written in Chinese. Customer Service provided courteous and prompt replies to my delivery inquiries with detailed verification. I've used other flower delivery services in the Nanjing area but 214 is the best. Highly recommended.

She wasn't home at the exact moment but received a call and called back to get it easily! The only thing is the price is not the best & they added 5$ for "out of city delivery" but... what do you expect? At least it works, THE DAY OF! Thumbs up i guess.

- Aaka***I've used ChinaFlower214 a few times. They always deliver on time and throughout Mainland China and the quality of flowers delivered is also very good. However they seem to end up delivering the wrong colour roses. Every time I request for Dark Pink Roses to be delivered, as they are my girlfriend's favourite, they end up delivering either Peach or Baby Pink. The colours listed on their website isn't a good match either. I'm still hoping that I would be able to send Dark Pink Roses to my girlfriend soon
