Extremely happy with the service and end result. Flowers were delivered within the agreed time slot, were fresh and looked liked the picture online. Payment was quick, simple and transparent with all costs given upfront. One happy customer and recipient of said flowers, even the delivery guy was smiling when they were delivered. Will be my preferred choice for future orders.

1. My mother-in-law lives in Shanghai and every festival I send her gifts from your website. I made an order for a bouquet and for the first time i am very dissapointed with your company! Because every rose was wrapped in a net which looks like finishing net or the net from fruits that you buy in a market, but nothing like a beautiful wrapping as you used to have before, plus you increased the prices after New Year. If you do increase the price, then at least do not mess up the quality of your gifts! Do you think that roses are like beer bottles to be wrapped in a net???? Well, if you transort them in a net to protect the shape at least make an effort to remove the net when you give it to the recipient! 2. Roses were not fresh, they had lots of spray with shining particles on top to hide the fact that they withered, but we are not stupid. I am very very dissapointed, because the bouquet was for my mother-in-law and now she thinks that I ordered cheap flowers for her! Best regards, Veronika

Hi there, first of all, thanks for keeping us updated of the status. My girl friend has confirmed receipt of the flowers and the messages, however the flowers I picked from the order / samples didn't match what she received. I actually paid for the pink roses to go with the lily but she got golden yellow roses. The flowers are much fewer than the ones I paid for. I paid for USD60 for something that I picked but you didn't deliver those. Can you please explain? Hope you could get back to me on mag***@gmail.com

Thank you for delivering the beautiful flowers, they were like the photo on the site. I have been disappointed from other vendors that didn’t match the photo and delivered something other than what I ordered. Thank you for the quality and the product that I wanted. I will order from you again.

Receive the email indicated items delivered, but after checking with recipient, items was not delivered on 19 Aug 2015. Rather disappointed. Email should indicated correctly and not misled the customer.
