This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!

As a first time customer looking for a reliable and reputable Flower shop in China, I must say, as an oversea resident residing in Canada, I was kind of skeptical about ChinaFlower214 at first and like others after reading numerous reviews, I've decided to place an order of 66 Valentine roses to be deliver to GuiZhou in China for Feb.14th/18. Not only did she received it in the morning on Valentine's day but she was blown away, not because of the surprise, but more because of how beautiful those roses were and she even took a video and sent it to me to see. I want to thank you China Flower214 for delivered as promise and I will recommend all my family and friends in the future. Thank you!

Canadian here, with the right info I had no problem ordering it (around Noon China time) and having it delivered there within a couple of hours. She wasn't home at the exact moment but received a call and called back to get it easily! The only thing is the price is not the best & they added 5$ for "out of city delivery" but... what do you expect? At least it works, THE DAY OF! Thumbs up i guess.
