简单却幸福

I had ordered last year from ChinaFlower214 and it was wonderful. This time the flowers were wilted and the delivery person apologized profusely for the poor condition. There were much smaller number of roses and NO deluxe packing as I ordered. I am very disappointed but at least the flowers arrived at 8 pm on Mothers Day. May be too many orders for Mothers Day.

...this is my first time I ordered flowers from my country to China...and I can sum up my experience in 3 words, JUST LOVED IT.

Excellent job. Thank you so much. I bought flowers for my girlfriends birthday. She lives in Xi'an China, I live in USA. They were delivered on-time maybe I would say earlier than I expected. My girlfriend showed sent me a picture of her with the flowers and showed me on Skype. They look very beautiful. Really nice pink roses. I could almost smell them from here. Very well presented too. I've always used this to send flowers/gifts to my parents and I love it. But this time I sent some flowers to my Mom for her birthday and unfortunately she told me that the delivery person forgot to include a card/message and was very rude when she asked about it. It's a little disappointing because obviously I would never want to have send flowers to her on her birthday and risk someone upsetting her. I'm hoping this can be resolved and prevented in the future because overall my experience has been pretty good.

My first order from California to Qingdao. The company website was easy to use in English, and I was confident to use PayPal. The company provided email follow-ups to keep me informed, and the tracking system was good. Delivery was in the middle of the requested time slot: perfect ! Judging by photos sent by the recipient, the flowers are fresh and beautiful. My only concern is that the mix of flowers was supposed to be 12 roses and 6 lilies. Photos seem to show more lilies than roses. The arrangement is lovely, but I am a little concerned about so many lilies as the delivery was to a hospital room with the recipient's father very ill. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and will order again with China Flower214 in the future.
