The flowers were delivered on time and my wife was very happy about it. I ordered the flowers the day before in the evening and the flowers were at the front door the next day at lunchtime. I am satisfied with this service for flower delivery in China/Shanghai.

Ordered cake and flowers for my girlfriend and I emailed to request that it be kept a surprise as long as possible. However, when the deliveryman arrived at her place and she was not there, he called and told her that there was a cake and flower delivery for her from me. It would have been better if he had told her there was a delivery and not tell her what it was or who it was from unless she requested. The deliveryman's attitude was also rude as he appeared frustrated to have to deliver to a different address. The flowers were very beautiful, but the cake was the incorrect cake. I ordered a black forest, but the cake was not a black forest, nor did it resemble the pictures on the website. I'm disappointed because black forest is my girlfriend's favourite type of cake and she didn't enjoy the cake that was delivered. If you could re-send the correct cake or provide a refund for the cake that would be appreciated.

I needed to send someone condolence flowers in China. Since I know flowers ahev many different meanings, I asked customer service for help and they chose beautiful flowers. Great service.

The delivery is prompt, the service is good, the flower looks beautiful. The best is there are quite few of budding flowers in the vase waiting to open so the bouquet is going to last much longer! I used this site a couple of times before and highly recommended. Will order again!

Thank you!! I was kinda worried about ordering online from the US, but it was our anniversary and my hubby was in China on business. The flowers were a great price and they looked exactly like what was shown! Thank you, I am very happy with the customer service as well... they sent me several emails notifying me of where we were in the process and a personal email when it was delivered. Was great!
