This made it a very personalized experience for delivery. Living in the United States, I was uncertain about the for delivery in China, but the flowers arrived on time and the recipient loved them! The website is in $ and English so was easy to navigate, although it took a while to work out how to use the PayPal option. I requested a Friday morning delivery to a business, but annoyingly the flowers were delivered in the evening after office hours and the recipient didn’t receive the wilted flowers until Monday morning when she returned to work. I emailed the service dept with my complaint but didn’t hear anything back. I won’t use this company again.

The worst customer service ever .. ordered flowers 3 days in advance and still delivered late at night which ruined my surprise I wanted to give my partner ... I am soooooo disappointed .. NEVER again shall I use this service... WARNING TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE CHINA: find someone more honest.

I order flowers for my Wife. I wrote a long message there and they just deliver flowers without the paper. My Wife don't even know who send those flowers. Why I need to pay that much for just flowers? Just like that I can buy flowers by myself. If you deliver something you should deliver with the message I give you! Not just ignore it!
