I ordered a lucky bamboo as a New Year gift for a friend in Shanghai. The order was processed promptly and communications from the site were excellent. The plant itself was huge. From the photo I’d guess it was 4-5 feet tall. A really beautiful plant. This was my third time using Chinaflower214. I have been very pleased with their service.

The flowers were beautiful, but I ordered the bouquet with red and gold deluxe wrapping. That was not what my daughter-in-law received. Disappointed that I took such care selecting what I wanted. Also, it would be nice if the sender received a picture of the actual flowers, as they were delivered.

Following the instructions on their website was quick, easy, and in English. There were even options as to a particular time period for delivery. I received a prompt email confirmation. Per my recipient, the delivery person called ahead of time to ensure she would be home (nice touch). She sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked perfect. She was extremely pleased with the healthy look of the flowers. I used the option to leave a message card with the delivery, and ChinaFlower214 had someone hand write the note. Another nice touch. I’m very, very pleased with the service and quality of the flowers. I will absolutely use them again.
