- Pegg***I've used china flower214 about 6 times now they have always been prompt and inexpensive. My wife delights in getting the flowers that I send her monthly, although the delivery was 2 days late on valentines day and I asked for a morning delivery on the latest purchase but it wasn't delivered until 3 pm. I guess that's not too bad. It would probably still be in transit if I was using an Australian florest. Overall, I'm very happy, and so is my wife, which is the most important thing.
- Mart***My wife told me there were lilies but there were no red roses... there were supposed to be 12 red roses and 3 lilies and since I did the deluxe package you were supposed to give her more flowers which you did not to....the first I have your company send flowers to my wife in March of 2015 every thing was good, but now this florist that you use in Yantai does not deliver the flowers I want for my wife../..

We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
Remind
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
We support same day delivery in most place. In non-holiday you can order the delivery time. We can deliver to the recipient as quickly as in three hours.In holiday and festival we only can guarantee delivery in the day.
