Hi I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my Girlfriend who was visiting in Beijing. I ordered "Feelings Resonates". Valentines day came, she received a call from the delivery company as to when the flowers will arrive. The flowers did arrive on time, they looked great, just like the picture, good quality roses. The only hitch, there were supposed to be 36 roses and she had received only 32. Not a huge deal, but considering I was paying for a certain amount of roses, I am disappointed that she did not receive what I had paid for. Thank you, Richard

When you are thousand miles away from home in another continent, only way to express your feeling to your loved one is to order a cake or flower on line, but then you worry about if it will get delivered on time or the quality of the product is as good as on the internet picture. I have to say from the photo my mum sent to me, she is very happy with my surprise birthday gift. The chocolate cake looks big and yummy and flower roses loos very fresh. Amazing fast service, great communication, I order from New Zealand, and have never had any problems. Always arrives on time and in perfect condition. The only flower/cake company I use for flowers/cakes etc to Shanghai.

I thought this was a simple arrangement with a couple cute bears that couldn't be messed up, but when the flowers were delivered the female bear didn't have a heart. (The male bear did.) Clearly was not a good message to send to my girl. She wondered why I would send her a bear with "no heart". This is the second order in a row that was a problem. I'm paying a lot of money for this service. How can you make this right?
