It was a big disappointment and my suggestion to ChinaFlower214 would be to change the flower shop vendor. The recipient Madam Wang Li Fen urged me, not to send flowers again. Indeed, it was really difficult to find my girlfriend for flower delivery in the industrial zone of Chinese suburbs where she occasionally had to celebrate her anniversary this year. And I was thousands miles away. First attempt was unsuccessful as she was not likely to answer the unknown chinese calls and her office was unaccessible for security reasons. I was well notified about the problem to deliver the flower arrangement and to get in touch with my girlfrind.
