Packaging can be improved. Don't quite like the roses that are fully-open flowers and do not last. Prefer completely open buds (stage 2) or partially open flowers (stage 3/4) which would look nicer and last longer. Thanks.

Paid US$35 with extra fee to ‘ensure quality’ and roses arrived with 2 dead and the rest all soon to die in cheap packaging. Very disappointed. Wife said never shop there again.

I am very grateful for the care that was taken in preparing the flowers for my fiancee. I had been anxious because I ordered them from the UK but I needn't have worried! They looked even better than the photo on the website. There were more flowers than I ordered - red roses, wonderful fragranced lilies and two bears instead of one! They were wrapped in a long train like wedding flowers. The message was beautifully typed up and put in an attractive envelope.
