I don't usually write reviews but I am very happy with the service I received. I live in the US and wanted to send my friend from Beijing flowers for her birthday. When they did not reach her initially, they notified me and made their best effort to re-deliver the item, which they did! She sent me pictures and the flowers were beautiful! Great service.

I did not know about this holiday until the day before! ChinaFlower214 took care of me and 1. told me I could not get a cake in time. 2. did not replace red roses with pink ones like their competition does. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the bouquet that was delivered. It bore very little resemblance to the picture online and was not wrapped well. In addition the card chosen for a Mother's Day bouquet was not appropriate. There was no attempt by the seller to address my concerns apart from disagreeing with me. I am a regular customer and have purchased flowers from ChinaFlower214 many times. This time, I have to admit I was disappointed with my order. I had specifically asked for delivery to be done in the morning but the flowers only reached the recipient at about 2pm in the afternoon. My attempts to find out the reason for the delay was also frustrating. My email inquiry sent at about 11:45am was not responded, and there was no answer to calls made to the contact telephone number from your website from between 12 noon to 12:30pm. In addition the delivery status of the order was also not updated. Chong

Propt deliver of what appear to have been fresh and beautiful flowers (judging by the words of my girlfriend). And this was done the same day although they had a waring for tulips that they have to be ordered two days in advance - they ended up delivering the bouquet the same day. Good job! Will use again ;) HA
