pink roses+red carnations

The bouquet I ordered was supposed to be heart shaped, but the actual one was just abnormal round bouquet. Other than that,it was all good. I wanted to give three stars because the shape was not as shown, but instead I give four because of prompt delivery and good service.

I was disappointed, the flowers I asked for never come to be delivered. They sent other flowers which is fine but not what I wanted. If some flowers are out of season they should be taken down. My opinion. Wazza

The ordering process is simple, the delivery is efficient and the flowers are beautiful

Call many times no replies alr suddenly went silent .. is this a scam.. do resolve before I conclude.. my time chosen was 830 morning and now is 5 plus alr

I appreciate the great and reliable service. Being half way across the world I was skeptical to send flowers and be satisfied, but even when there was issues with the delivery, they ensured to let me know what was happening and kept me updated. Would definitely use them again!

I've always used this to send flowers/gifts to my parents and I love it. But this time I sent some flowers to my Mom for her birthday and unfortunately she told me that the delivery person forgot to include a card/message and was very rude when she asked about it. It's a little disappointing because obviously I would never want to have send flowers to her on her birthday and risk someone upsetting her. I'm hoping this can be resolved and prevented in the future because overall my experience has been pretty good.
