I placed the order Friday afternoon from the US and requested a delivery by noon PRC time. Well, you did not fail to satisfy, they were delivered on time. I was sent pictures and a video, they are absolutely beautiful. They made her day, thank you. I will be ordering again.

Hi there, The recipient just received the flowers bouquet but the numbers of roses received is not as ordered. It should be 27 roses as ordered. But the recipient only received 24 roses. Short by 3 roses. Please advise. Thank you Regards, GW

I place an order on Sunday and Monday morning ( during the period I asked the flowers to be delivered), my girlfriend has receive it . I order from Germany to Changzhou. Perfect service. I definitely recommend to someone who wants to send some flowers to a loved person living in China.

I spent $100+ to send this bouquet of flowers to a friend. They look nothing like the picture online. My friend threw these in the trash can because they are so old, ugly and so poorly prepared. She said she thought I must have told you to grab a handful of whatever you could find and stuff it in a vase. If you want pictures, I have them. She's right! I trusted you to send a good quality arrangement and you failed. I want my money back or a replacement bouquet send immediately. If you can't handle this different bouquet, then send a huge bouquet of roses, but do something. If this is not taken care of, I will never use this service again! Please have someone contact me immediately with how this will be solved.
