Ordering was easy and no complications. Delivery was on time.However, went I received the photos from the receiver, I noticed the chocolate in the order was Dove brand and not Ferroro Rocher as in the order. I have written to China Flower214 and at this stage I am still waiting for a response. The right thing to do is to send the correct chocolate today and apologise for the mistake.

This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response!
