Ordered flowers for a friend in Beijing the day of new years eve and they were delivered within an hour. Yes, they promise prompt service and even charge you more for it. But what I got was a beautiful bunch of Roses (33 to be exact) that wilted and died because the courier left them at her front door when she didn't answer. My instructions were to deliver to her neighbor if no one was home. That never happened. So when she finally got home the flowers we 2 days without any water or anything (because the courier never followed instructions). Next time I will find another florist who actually delivers the flowers to a real person, not just a doorstep.
