This was my first time using ChinaFlower214. I placed the order on the morning of Mother's Day, thinking it would be too late for the flowers to be delivered on time. A few hours later, I received a photo of my mother in front of those beautiful lilies that I ordered for her. I am amazed and also very happy that my mother received my flowers on Mother's Day. I paid additional to request for a morning delivery. to my surprise, right up until 5pm today, the flowers did not get delivered. I was not informed about this at all and my girlfriend works from 8am - 5pm. This was why i requested morning delivery. At 520pm, when my girlfriend was on her way home, then your delivery man called her. She had to go all the way back to office despite already being on her way home. I am really disappointed with the delivery service and time consciousness of this company. Last year, you delivered the flowers on the wrong date for my girlfriend too, which made her almost fell out with me and scolding me heartless for remembering her birth date wrongly. And not even a year has passed, this happened again. I really doubt the trustworthiness of your company. Really disappointed
