- Alex***The flowers that were delivered looked nothing at all like what I paid for. I paid for an arrangement of roses with greens, with a lot of volume, in a vase. What I got was ONLY roses, clumped together in a vase, just barely tall enough to stick out of the vase... and all the same height. NOT what you advertised. Plus, I paid EXTRA for the “deluxe” package, which is supposed to give it more greens, and there were ZERO. It isn’t even the same vase, or ribbon! Plus the delivery driver did NOT follow the instructions I left. He just called the recipient and made her come out to meet him, even though she doesn’t speak Chinese and there were specific instructions on where to leave the flowers. I wish I could post the photos here of what was received.

These were not the chocolates on your picture in your website. 4. I thought I ordered deluxe packing. It certainly does not look like deluxe. 5. I am terribly disappointed.

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
