I would like to comment in a positive way on Chinalfowers thank you for such a rapid and excellent service. My order was fast although there were a few roses missing from the bouquet that I ordered. On request Chinaflower corrected the order and sent out the missing roses almost immediately in the same day. I ordered at very short notice less than 24 hours in advance and the flowers were delivered on time and in excellent condition. The price was price was very acceptable with no hidden costs and the service was excellent. Thank you Chinaflowers214 the recipient was over the moon with joy!

Hello I have ordered the colour flower box with dolls in it. But there was no dolls in that.

I initially ordered a cake which indicated on the order Whole China mainland as Delivery Area, but they told me the cake can't be delivered the day before delivery day, and didn't give me a reason for why it can't be delivered.

Online orders are easy and I can paste Chinese characters where necessary. Messages to receiving party are nicely hand written in Chinese. Customer Service provided courteous and prompt replies to my delivery inquiries with detailed verification. I've used other flower delivery services in the Nanjing area but 214 is the best. Highly recommended.
