Hello This Time I'm not Happy at all of your service. First birthday gift is a surprise and the receiving person SHOULD NOT KNOW the Surprise. One of your agent Called the Receiving person 2 Days before the date of Birthday Saying we have a Gift for you . This is not anymore a Surprise Gift. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
