Dear all! I am very thankful for quality of bouquet and for quuck service. I ordered flowers for my close friend. She got it and she ks very happy. And I am very happy because did some pleasant. So thanks dor quick service! And quality! Good luck!

I am currently located in the US. I have used your service to deliver flowers overseas to my family in China for many years. I feel that the quality of your flowers is not as good as it was before. Your company used to be called "Annie Flowers", now you have a name change to "China Flower 214". Is this because a change of ownership? I think the flowers I ordered from " Annie flowers" were much better and fresh than what you are providing now. Maybe you should check with your suppliers for quality. 你们公司原来名字叫做“Annie Flower”， 我觉得那个时候花的新鲜程度和质量都比现在好。不知道你们是换了股东还是换了供货商？最近的花质量好像下降了，送到就不新鲜了。以前一束云南玫瑰可以开一周多，现在基本都开不开。不知可否改进一下？ Thank you very much!

Prompt response and took responsiblity in making sure that the phone number i gave was correct cuz my friend wasn't picking up. Also kept delivery to the specified time frame and was on time. Flowers were fresh and very pretty and my friend loved them very much. Would order again if I have to send flowers out again.

I initially ordered a cake which indicated on the order Whole China mainland as Delivery Area, but they told me the cake can't be delivered the day before delivery day, and didn't give me a reason for why it can't be delivered.

Order ID - 2006142338477 Date of Order June 15, 2020 The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. But one day later most of the petals have fallen off. The Roses appear to be very old and fresh. I have ordered many times and the bouquet always lasts for a week. But this time only one day. I am so disappointed. Is a replacement possible? Thank you. David

The arrangements I ordered at a very high price were not in the containers and just delivered in plastic bags. There were meant to be 12 pink roses in each arrangement and 12 white carnations. Was impressed with the fast delivery but the arrangements themselves were very disappointing.
