- Ting***I have ordered flowers 6 times and had good results 3 times and bad results 3 times. In one case the flowers were junky and my friend was offended. They resent with another florist, but the damage was done. On the most recent order, they used the card from my previous order. Small mistake, but I wanted it to say Happy Birthday on her Birthday. I sent three emails and never got a response as to how they would resolve this. They never did. I am trying again next week. My 7th order in the last 6 months Last try. If the flowers, card and delivery are not accurate, this will be my last time to use this service. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. It seems like a roll of the dice whether everything is right or not.

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
Remind
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
