It is the second time I used their service, first one was great and lovely flowers, second one was very disappointed as I ordered roses and she received lily instead which is what she hated. I have written to the service and hope they will get back to me about this.

I'm an American and speak no Chinese. The address and instructions I sent are in English and Chinese. I was not sure if I had enough information in English or Chinese to deliver the flowers to the correct address. As it turns out, the flower company and driver was able to correctly read and understand the instructions. Many, many, many thanks for you effort. My gf in GuangZhou loves the flowers. ed.

When you are thousand miles away from home in another continent, only way to express your feeling to your loved one is to order a cake or flower on line, but then you worry about if it will get delivered on time or the quality of the product is as good as on the internet picture. I have to say from the photo my mum sent to me, she is very happy with my surprise birthday gift. The chocolate cake looks big and yummy and flower roses loos very fresh. My mother in law was out of town when they were about to deliver the flowers. I asked them to call her before delivery and that’s it my mom said if can deliver a day before and so they did that. I have found a new shop to order her flowers every occasion. Thank you for making her happy on Mother’s Day!
