Bouquet of roses are very beautiful and delicious cake. Only they need to improve at surprise delivery. They shouldn't call the recipient before delivery because it was a surprise delivery and already given the delivery date and time.

On request Chinaflower corrected the order and sent out the missing roses almost immediately in the same day. I ordered at very short notice less than 24 hours in advance and the flowers were delivered on time and in excellent condition. I am very unhappy with your services for the following reasons: 1. You delivered the flowers without my message. No message, nothing at all. There is no impact in receiving the present. Please check your message system. Did you not receive my message? 2. The flowers look stale and are definitely not fresh. 3. I did not expect cheap Ferrero Rocher chocolates. These were not the chocolates on your picture in your website. 4. I thought I ordered deluxe packing. It certainly does not look like deluxe. 5. I am terribly disappointed.
