Delivery time was good but the quality of the roses was just terrible. They were for my girlfriends birthday and she was so hurt that I would gift her something that was in such bad shape. I will use not use this service anymore.

Flowers arrived promptly exactly as pictured to the great satisfaction of the recipient. This website is a real blessing. Grateful to have a way to share my love from afar, whilst my girlfriend and I await to live together and hopefully be married one day. Thank you ChinaFlower214 team. You're doing a great service!

Hope someone actually reads this. Just wanted to let you know the cake you had delivered and flowers to my wife on 1/2/13 were awesome. She and her family loved the cake... and the flowers were beautiful.. Again, thank you for the good service.. the cake was last minute order and you still deliverd on day requested.... Quality of roses and other plants is not good. Had to throw away a lot of the flowers. Delivery man did not call before arriving. In general, my girlfriend was very disappointed and because of that so am I. This company is a crapshoot as to whether it will turn out good or bad. The price is very high for poor quality and poor service.

I sent my son a fruit basket, this is the 3rd time I've ordered from your company. The first 2 times were excellent. This most recent order was terrible. The fruit was not fresh and there were many flies. Very upset about this.
