Single Vased Rose

Order a bouquet of flower for my girlfriend on valentine day, pay a premium price for delivery on that day, but flower was not delivered and they update my status of purchase to deliver. Try contact their on line service but no reply. Is a horrible experience buying from this shop, no response or service after collected my money, cheats...

I was very happy with the flowers I had ordered and the on time delivery.I have used China Flower214 a couple of times now and have been very satisfied.I will use them for my next delivery.

1. My mother-in-law lives in Shanghai and every festival I send her gifts from your website. I made an order for a bouquet and for the first time i am very dissapointed with your company! Because every rose was wrapped in a net which looks like finishing net or the net from fruits that you buy in a market, but nothing like a beautiful wrapping as you used to have before, plus you increased the prices after New Year. If you do increase the price, then at least do not mess up the quality of your gifts! Do you think that roses are like beer bottles to be wrapped in a net???? Well, if you transort them in a net to protect the shape at least make an effort to remove the net when you give it to the recipient! 2. Roses were not fresh, they had lots of spray with shining particles on top to hide the fact that they withered, but we are not stupid. I am very very dissapointed, because the bouquet was for my mother-in-law and now she thinks that I ordered cheap flowers for her! Best regards, Veronika

I was worried about sending some flowers to my friend in china. But this company made it easy. They delivered on time on the busiest holiday of the year. The process was easy from selecting the items to the payment. I will be using them again!

I have ordered flowers and as a first time buyer with this provider and first time sending flowers in China I was skeptical and worried they would not get delivered or recipient wouldn't get what I ordered but to my suprise and joy recipient got flowers very fast and they where more beautiful then I could have imagined. I am from U.S and my fiance is in Guangzhou, she was so surprised and happy with how beautiful flowers where she video called me to say thank you and was overwhelmed with tears of joy. I can't recommend this provider more. A+++ service, I will use again.
