There was a little hiccup in between and I contacted the online support twice. The first time was fantastic, I got things sorted out real quick. However, second time, I couldn't get anyone online for quite a fair amount of time. In the end, I had to get someone in China to sort the matter out via phone call. Hi.. the cake was advertised as a chocolate fruit cake. Yet the middle of the cake was a yellow mix. That is not a chocolate cake. My wife was very disappointed. Also the first slice of cake contained a long black hair from the baker I assume! I can show you a picture! Please refund the value of the cake! Otherwise .. the order was timely and the flowers were expected.

Yesterday I draw conclusions too quickly, after i saw the order was stated as delivered. After the problems with my password, I was dissapointed this also went wrong. However, the satetement was changed too quickly and today I got a friendly mail that the order was delivered today. Thank you for checking this with the local florist!
