Whole process was very efficient. My daughter sent me pictures of the flowers and they are exactly as described, beautiful!. Thankfully when the delivery person called my daughter was with her Chinese speaking assistant so was able to have help with translation. Both she and I are delighted with the service and the flowers. We will definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone who would like to send flowers to friends or family in China. This is my second time using Chinalove214 and it would be my last. First of all, I was very disappointed when I found out that there was no card with sender’s Name attached to the delivery and also there were only 11 roses, instead of 12. Please be honest with what you do in this life, it means a lot. Thank you!

I ordered at 1:30pm and the flowers were delivered before 2:30! Ane the flowers correspond exactly to the image on the website. I am very happy of the service.

Been using this service for a while. Products look great and are delivered on time. Be aware that contacting customer service is practically impossible. I tried to cancel an order and pick a different product, but every time I got no reply to my emails, their chats were offline, and only on the last day somebody finally answered the phone. By that time it was probably too late to make any changes anyway. I expect a much better customer service for the price.
