First of all delivery was late for more than an hour, what for did I payed 10$???? The most surprising thing is that your note looks so pathetic, just a peace of paper with my text written by somebody by hand in ugly way with mistakes, not even printed, you made me look like a fool! You are charging me more money to deliver flower on Valentine's Day, and yet till 9pm, you have not deliver anything yet. Also, you send me a email saying that the flower has been delivered on 9.06pm. I called my wife straight away and she says nothing has been delivered to her. Why are you lying!!
