I Love You Forever

She is so happy. she could have ignored me a few days. But she called me and told me she still loves me. flowers are so charming.

This is the 7th time ive placed an order with this company. Until this order my items were delivered on time and have been of very good quality. I've ordered many flowers, cake, stuffed animals, etc. This order was 2 items I was sending to my daughter for her birthday. Some of the items ask that you order 2 days in advance. I placed my order 4 days in advance to ensure they arrive on the specific day I requested. Only 1 item was delivered. I sent an email to customer service asking about the missing items. Within a few minutes I received an email telling me my order was delivered. I responded to that email once again stating I didn't receive all the items I ordered. A few hours later I received an email saying they were sending out the remainder of my order. While I appreciate them correcting the order. I have no idea when it will actually arrive. In addition I had to place a late order with another company at additional cost to ensure my daughter received a gift on her actual birthday.

First time I was worried this company might not send properly but now i trust this company. My girlfriend received the flowers and she is very happy. i was surprised this company sent in time. I will also recommend this website to other friends. Thank you for help me. i will use the service again next time.

The flowers my wive received seems like it has been leave water for days. It was black at the edge not so fresh at all. Don't think it will last more than 2 days. Really not like the high quality service they used to provided.
