The flowers I bought were beautifully packed, looked very nice as well. The only thing is that the delivery man was kind of rude. So that's the reason for 3 stars.

have used the service more than once its always done very well the shipping is much quicker than you would think. i would very much like if there was an option for more than just flowers. maybe even some trinkets or something of the sort would be nice

I have just given my client a hard time by delivering a job rather late and she had to stay in the office late because of me. It was only fair I should send her some flowers. I was a bit worried as I have never sent flowers to someone halfway around the world. However, you guys made it as easy as if it was a delivery next door. Just wanted to tell you that the arrrangment to sent was not even close to what the deluxe flowers looked like in your ad. I am very unhappy with the arrangement. I wish I could add pictures to show you the flowers my wife received. Embarrassing. I will file a complaint with PayPal. Hopefully I can send pictures of your product and the quality of the flowers.
