Delivery was managed in no time. Order was placed on Sunday 23 Jan late night in Bangkok, and flower was already on the receiver's desk before noon of Monday 24 Jan in Shanghai. Information and communication play vital role in keeping the customer at peace through the process of his purchase. The service was fast; the flowers were fresh; and, the whole package was fabulous.

I ordered a birthday cake in the U.S. for my mother for her 84th birthday 2 days in advance, to be delivered in Beijing. My Mom received the cake on time, and likes it. I would recommend this service to others and will use it again without reservation.

The basket that was received is completely different than the fruit basket that I ordered. The basket is different, missing cloth bow, missing chrysanthemum, missing kiwi, missing persimmons...Your vendor even put two plastic box of super market grape and orange. This makes the basket appear low class. I am fuming right now. Kindly rectify this blunder immediately!

Outstanding service

For valentine I offered roses to my girlfriend. The 33 roses was accompanied with two teddy bears. unfortunately the two bears were girls. I think for valentine if a boy or a girl is sending a bouquet the bears should be a couple i.e a girl and a boy. Not 2 girls. apart from that the service is perfect and delivered as scheduled.
