- gay ***I ordered flowers in the evening in the USA, for delivery in Shanghai. They arrived about three hours after I ordered them. The delivery man drove a long way to make the delivery. Fantastic, dedicated service. The flowers showed up in a beautiful arrangement with stylish presentation, nice paper and purple bow. All of this for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with the order, and will use the service again.
- DAVE***The flowers that were delivered looked nothing at all like what I paid for. I paid for an arrangement of roses with greens, with a lot of volume, in a vase. What I got was ONLY roses, clumped together in a vase, just barely tall enough to stick out of the vase... and all the same height. NOT what you advertised. Plus, I paid EXTRA for the “deluxe” package, which is supposed to give it more greens, and there were ZERO. It isn’t even the same vase, or ribbon! Plus the delivery driver did NOT follow the instructions I left. He just called the recipient and made her come out to meet him, even though she doesn’t speak Chinese and there were specific instructions on where to leave the flowers. I wish I could post the photos here of what was received.

We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
Remind
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
We support same day delivery in most place. In non-holiday you can order the delivery time. We can deliver to the recipient as quickly as in three hours.In holiday and festival we only can guarantee delivery in the day.
