This is my 5th time I have used this company and this time they have exceeded ALL expectations. I ordered Roses early for Valentines Day, fearing a rush. The roses were delivered beautifully but unbeknown to me the recipient was off work because of the virus (because she had travelled). So the roses were left at her work but she was not allowed back there for another week. Chinaflower214 then arranged for a replacement bunch of roses to be sent to her home the next day. THANK YOU ChinaFlower you are amazing and I will continue to use and recommend you. Fabulous customer service.

When you are thousand miles away from home in another continent, only way to express your feeling to your loved one is to order a cake or flower on line, but then you worry about if it will get delivered on time or the quality of the product is as good as on the internet picture. I have to say from the photo my mum sent to me, she is very happy with my surprise birthday gift. The chocolate cake looks big and yummy and flower roses loos very fresh. Thank you so much for the on time delivery and the beautiful delivery. I am very happy with the service however, I was only delivered 11 carnations instead of 12 carnations. The product promised 12 carnations not 11 carnations. Other than this problem, I am happy to use this service again, Geli
