Incredible service! Friendly, fast and efficient. For a busy holiday like Valentines Day, I would expect next day, not same day, but that is exactly what I got after order from the US. Actually my order was delivered in less than 12 hours from the time the order was placed, 1:12 am local time in China. I am very pleased. This is my second order and both have gone smoothly.

First time using an online service and I didn't expected the roses might reach on time as I ordered in the evening at about 12am time in the UK and it was 7 am back in china. As mention on the system I input at same day delivery at 10am and she did received it on time too with fresh roses on. My friend recently moved to China recently. We used to have a tradition where whenever she visited, I would get her flowers.
