When I inadvertently entered the wrong address for delivery to my wife for the Mid-Autumn Festival, as soon as they were notified, they arranged a new order and had it sent to the correct location. I was nervous because I have never sent flowers to someone in China before. But this was easy. The website is easy to navigate, a large selection to choose from and reasonable prices. Even paying was easy. The flowers were delivered in a timely fashion and my girlfriend was really happy. This was an awesome experience.
