Delivery time was good but the quality of the roses was just terrible. They were for my girlfriends birthday and she was so hurt that I would gift her something that was in such bad shape. I will use not use this service anymore.

Omg... you guys totally ROCK. I ordered the flowers online...close to dinner time EST on Thursday . Received multiple Emails on updates. I initially ordered a cake which indicated on the order Whole China mainland as Delivery Area, but they told me the cake can't be delivered the day before delivery day, and didn't give me a reason for why it can't be delivered.

The flowers were beautiful, but I ordered the bouquet with red and gold deluxe wrapping. That was not what my daughter-in-law received. Disappointed that I took such care selecting what I wanted. Also, it would be nice if the sender received a picture of the actual flowers, as they were delivered.

The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
