My wife told me there were lilies but there were no red roses... there were supposed to be 12 red roses and 3 lilies and since I did the deluxe package you were supposed to give her more flowers which you did not to....the first I have your company send flowers to my wife in March of 2015 every thing was good, but now this florist that you use in Yantai does not deliver the flowers I want for my wife../..

Valentine’s Day is the day people usually give flowers to our loved ones. Because of the pandemic it’s impossible to offer each other bouquets if lovers live in a different country. I ordered mine at 3am China time on V-Day and it was delivered the same day at 11am. Congratulations, you made two people happy despite not having seen each other for 1 year. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.

The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
